Description
Magnesium is an essential mineral for energy production and metabolism, muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission, and bone mineralization. It is a necessary cofactor for approximately 300 enzymes. Reactions catalyzed by these enzymes include fatty acid and protein synthesis and glucose metabolism. Suggested Use
Mix 1 level teaspoon of powder in at least 8 oz. of cold water or clear liquid. Add the powder slowly while stirring. Take once daily with a meal. Pure magnesium citrate may raise the temperature of liquids upon contact, so the recommended serving should be mixed in at least 8 oz. of cold liquid to neutralize this reaction before ingestion.
