Description

GABA - Gamma-aminobutyric acid - is a non-protein amino acid that functions as a neurotransmitter in the human brain. GABA is produced naturally in the body, and its presence in the central nervous system can help promote relaxation and relieve nervous tension.

It also contains vitamin B6 ( pyridoxine), which helps in several functions of the body, such as protein synthesis, hemoglobin production and helps in the functioning of the nervous system.

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule 2 or 3 times daily on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Composition

For each capsule:
 Vitamin B6 – pyridoxine hydrochloride – 2 mg;
GABA (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid) – 500 mg.

Ingredients

GABA, Vitamin B-6, Silica, Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, White Rice Flour. Contains no artificial colors, preservatives or flavors.

Notices

Up to 1000 mg per day is well tolerated, with no drug interactions. Very high doses may cause drowsiness due to its sedative effect.
