Shipping
Orders are sent by one of our partner carriers, always using Express Shipping.
Purchases made before 5pm will be processed and delivered to the carrier on the same day .
After this time, orders will be delivered to the carrier the next day.
Delivery times are managed by the carrier and may vary between 1 and 3 days in mainland Portugal.
All orders are insured and the customer can track the delivery route using the tracking code , which is sent each time the order is processed. -
Returns
If the product has not yet been shipped, the purchase amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
For products already shipped, the return period is 14 days after delivery. The product must be sealed and show no signs of use or damage.

After receiving the returned product, we will analyze it and provide a response within 5 business days.
